I finally ducked into this deli and butcher shop when I saw they made sandwiches fresh. I decided to get the turkey sandwich, and it was delicious. At first, I worried about the size for the price ($16) when I saw the clerk making it, but it ended up being a fair deal. They piled so much meat and veggies on it that I easily saved half for later without feeling hungry. Not to mention the quality was astronomically better than Subway and a skyscraper higher than Jersey Mike's. Plus, it came with a small bag of chips. The workers were all very friendly and attentive. It really felt like I was in a small business worth supporting. The owner (I think) even air fried some rib eye and handed incredibly tasty samples out to everyone waiting for their orders. I will definitely be back to try the other sandwich options and may even swing in here now and then for a rare or super quality cut of meat. You will definitely pay a pretty penny but it seems to be worth it.

UPDATE: I’m still coming here every week, and honestly, the quality of the meat is second to none. I’ve been picking up their chicken wings lately, and my kids swear they’re the best they’ve ever tasted. They are so easy to prep—I just toss them in the air fryer and they come out perfect every time. The service is just as good as the food. They really take care of you; if you need your meat cut down to a specific size or cubed for a recipe, they handle it right then and there with no problem. It’s that kind of personal touch that you just don't find everywhere. They also recently started offering fresh-made sandwiches. It’s a great setup—you can get all your meats for later and grab a sandwich for now at the same time. I bought two for the family, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. My daughter actually noted that she "appreciated the comprehensive layering of flavors," and we all agreed. Quick note on the photo: I posted a picture of both sandwiches, but it only shows half of each one. I love this place. I've been in four or five times, everything has been perfect! The man behind the counter is so nice, very knowledgeable, and happy to help you. When I need a quick, last minute dinner, I run over there for the Carne asada. Chop up a few peppers and onions, and we have delicious fajitas in 10 minutes. Great meat, excellent service, spotlessly clean store. You couldn't ask for more.

Amazing local butcher, a bit pricey but the quality and freshness of the meat made it worth it. I got a thick cut prime ribeye and it was outstanding.

Randomly saw this place when I was next door running an errand and decided to check it out… Clean, friendly helpful service, and solid prices! I wasn’t planning on buying anything but left with some marinated chicken thighs and homemade chorizo that both were BOMB!!! I’m stoked that a PRIME carnicería actually opened here in SCV and can’t wait to go back and try more offerings

Great new local butcher. Friendly staff. Great selections of prime beef! We got a prime rib roast for our New Years dinner! It was so tender and delicious!

What an amazing meat store!!! We been waiting for this place to open. Wife and I went there and everything was great. Meat looks fresh super clean a friendly welcome!! Highly recommend super happy they are part of Santa Clarita community!!
